Turned Away at Gate - Didn’t See Show
After waiting in line for an hour, I finally got to the gate and was turned away because the card they were using was 1/2 inch shorter on the length than my clutch. I made sure my clutch was the appropriate size and met the specifications outlined in the guidelines prior to attending the concert. I pleaded with the gate attendant that I had measured prior to attending, and she suggested I throw away my $300 Tori Burch clutch. Neither was Ubering home and back again an option, therefore storing my clutch in my car was out. I had taken an Uber to the show (20 miles from home). My friends saw other fans entering with larger purses, so I’m at a loss as to why I was turned away. I guarantee the cards that were being used were a standard 4”x6” and not 4.5”x6.5” advertised in the rules. I was out over $100 for the ticket to the show and another $100 for the Uber rides. I would love to submit a picture of my clutch next to a ruler just to prove it. Honestly, I won’t ever be attending a show at the Woodlands Pavillion again. I would like my money back.
